All patients are assessed by a licensed Registered Nurse prior to receiving any services. Fusion Wellness LLC reserves the right to refuse any service, postpone therapy or refer clients to specialized providers as indicated by their specific needs/health conditions. A follow-up with your primary care physician is recommended if needed to discuss your symptoms after treatment.
